Coastal Condominiums is constructing Max Daytona, a multi-family residential project, for developer 1901-1903 S. Atlantic Avenue. Located in world-famous Daytona Beach, known for its wide, smooth, and compacted sand, Max Daytona is comprised of 72 units in a 12-story tower located along Atlantic Avenue in Daytona Beach Shores.

Max Daytona has one level of underground parking, a podium level with parking and common area amenities, two condominium units, and one guest suite.  Levels two through eleven have condominium units comprised of three-unit plans.  The Ocean and Aqua residences have views of the Atlantic Ocean, and those living in the Sunset residences can enjoy the evening sunsets from their spacious private balconies.  Level twelve is the amenity terrace boasting a health club, yoga, and community rooms.

Beachside, residents can enjoy the swimming pool and spa, boardwalk access to the beach, and an event lawn.
