Thousand & One Water Street is the first trophy office tower to break ground in Tampa’s downtown in almost three decades. This 23-story mixed-use building is designed by COOKFOX to connect people to nature and invite them outside during the workday. Nine double-height exterior terraces adorn the building’s terracotta facade, while floor to ceiling windows flood the offices with natural light. An expansive rooftop terrace is available for tenants to host an event or simply take in the view. By incorporating natural materials, vegetation, and views of nature, we’re embracing biophilic design— shown to reduce stress, enhance creativity, and improve well-being. Thousand & One Water Street will encourage collaboration and personal development for all, featuring a town-hall-style gathering space, a demonstration kitchen, and conference spaces to help foster a learning environment.
