Rising from the pristine sands of South Florida is Four Seasons Fort Lauderdale.  Being built by Coastal Condominiums, Four Seasons Fort Lauderdale, with panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean and Intracoastal Waterway, is two 23-story towers of guestrooms, hotel-condominium units, and private residences.  This is Coastal’s second project for Fort Partners. Designed by award-winning firm, Kobi Karp Architecture & Interior Design of Miami, Four Seasons Fort Lauderdale offers beachfront 5-star accommodations for discriminating clients seeking a luxurious lifestyle combined with world-class Four Seasons service.

In close proximity to Las Olas Boulevard, home to fashion boutiques, art museums, clubs, and restaurants, Four Seasons Fort Lauderdale consists of 148 guestrooms, 41 hotel-condo units, and 42 designer-ready private residences, ranging in size from one to four bedrooms.

In addition to the legendary Four Seasons services of residential concierge, valet, beach butlers, housekeeping, and room services, amenities include two pools, restaurants on both the pool deck and ground floor, full spa, complete with experience showers, steam, and treatment rooms.  Residents and guests will also have access to yachting services, a fitness center, two ballrooms, meeting rooms, a business center, ground floor retail, and a two-story basement garage.

Tara Bernerd & Partners of London has been selected to design the interior spaces.
