A 4.84-acre plot of land will soon be home to the Ritz-Carlton Residences Tampa. The endeavor, valued at around $400 million, will start construction either late this year or early next year. Ideally, general contractor Coastal Construction will finish the first phase in 2024. Many people know the Ritz-Carlton as a chain of luxury hotels, with locations throughout the world.
