Related Group Breaks Ground on Casamar Residences in Pompano Beach, Rapidly Approaches Sell-Out

On May 23, Premier real estate developer, the Related Group (Related), broke ground on Pompano Beach’s newest beachside condominium,Casamar Residences. Set upon nearly 300 feet of pristine white sand, the boutique luxury property will house only 119 oceanfront condos with world-class designs by the award-winning Arquitectonica and The Rockwell Group. With construction overseen by Coastal Construction Group, completion is expected in 2025.
Casamar marks the second of Related’s developments in Pompano Beach, following the success of sister property, Solemar. Launched in March 2020 and now fully sold-out, the firm’s maiden Pompano Beach project helped establish the seaside village as one of South Florida’s most promising markets, setting up Casamar to be a resounding success in the process.
