Situated in the heart of Miami’s Arts and Cultural District, the ultra-luxury 56-story tower is being developed by Related Group on the iconic Biscayne Boulevard. Casa Bella represents the first residential partnership for the famed Italian design house, B&B Italia.

Designed by Arquitectonica of Miami, the building’s unique curved balconies and rippled façade are evocative of the beauty of Biscayne Bay. Interiors by world-renowned architect Piero Lissoni — who also serves as creative director for B&B Italia — will feature high-end finishes in every unit, and world-class artwork and elegant furnishings throughout the common areas.

A stunning 11th floor pool deck includes Italian-inspired gardens designed by celebrated Switzerland based landscape architect Enzo Enea, a spa, 80-foot lap pool, bar and Mediterranean café, cabanas, yoga lawn and pickleball court. Above it all, on the 56th floor, residents will find a rooftop pool and terrace that includes Casa Bella’s private lounge.

Coastal has worked to incorporate sustainable building practices and materials in the project, while addressing site-specific challenges such as soil quality, drainage, and environmental impact.
