On Royal Poinciana Way in the Town of Palm Beach, Royal Poinciana Plaza is a mixed-use retail/residential project for the Frisbie Group of Palm Beach. Consisting of both retail and multi-family residential components, Royal Poinciana Palm Beach includes six two-story structures with luxury retail space, including an upscale restaurant on the first level, six 7,000 square-foot luxury residential units with private elevators on the second level, and basement parking for 86 vehicles.
