Pendry Tampa

A beacon of the city’s future, Pendry Tampa will introduce unprecedented luxury to an iconic waterfront site along downtown Tampa’s Riverwalk.

The first 14 floors of the tower will feature 220 luxury hotel rooms, plus multiple full-service restaurants, cafes and shops. Additional amenities will include a luxury spa, conference center, ballrooms and 2 outdoor pools with expansive decks overlooking the Hillsborough River and Tampa Bay. Floors 15 to 38 will feature 200 condominiums accessed through a separate, owners-only private driveway, lobby and elevator bank. Owners will have access to all hotel services, as well as preferred access at all Pendry and Montage International properties worldwide.

The luxury tower is being developed by Two Roads Development and operated by Pendry Hotels & Resorts. The building is designed by the world-renowned architectural firm, Arquitectonica of Miami and the project is supported by architect of record, Adache Group Architects of Ft. Lauderdale. Inspired by Pendry’s West Coast roots, the interiors are designed by Toronto-based Studio Munge.
