There are 30 guest suites, 26 penthouse units, eight villas and 26 bungalows. Standing at 58 stories high, Paramount boasts the country’s largest amenity deck, including a pool and bar, jazz room, entertainment lounge bar, kids area, game room, fitness center, yoga room, spa, tennis courts and a regulation soccer field. The retail components are located on the ground level and there is a pedestrian bridge at levels six and seven, which connect to the parking structure.
