One Flagler is a beacon for the future of Southeast Florida’s commercial center of the broad-based economic transformation in West Palm Beach. Anchoring the Flagler Waterfront District, the 25-story office building is situated to preserve a historic church considered among the most architecturally significant buildings in Palm Beach County. The 277,000 rentable square-foot flagship property of Related Companies’ downtown redevelopment plan, designed by world-renowned architectural firm Skidmore, Owings & Merrill, is an iconic three-tiered structure. Its design features include pre-glazed precast concrete panels that make up the building façade’s signature design, an illuminated aluminum roof crown simulating a lighthouse beacon and 1.25 acres of public green space with an artist-commissioned water feature by Fred Eversley.
