The latest visionary project by Related Group, Casamar is a 21-story condominium tower on 283 linear feet of Pompano Beach oceanfront. The building comprises 118 bespoke residences, including one-to-four-bedroom homes ranging from 1,350 to 3,934 square feet. Oversized curved terraces with continuous glass railings and a curated collection of contemporary art throughout the building elevate the living experience.

Residents have access to a resort-inspired amenity package, including two swimming pools, shaded cabanas, a summer kitchen, a state-of-the-art fitness center, a pickleball court and a virtual reality golf simulator room, among other luxurious touches.

Coastal has worked to incorporate sustainable building practices and materials in the project, while addressing site-specific challenges such as soil quality, drainage, and environmental impact.
