Sawyer’s Walk (Block 55)
A 1.4 million square-foot mixed-use property, Sawyer’s Walk will consist of approximately 250,000 square feet of retail space, nearly 1,000 parking spaces, and 578 affordable apartment units. Above the retail and garage there will be 578 affordable studios for low-income seniors.
