Class A Office Tower at the Epicenter of the Brickell District:

One of the first LEED Accredited Class A office buildings in the Miami area, 1450 Brickell includes numerous design elements that substantially improve the performance and operation of the building while creating an environmentally efficient development. Unique architecture, first-class amenities and a great central-Brickell location bring a high-level of office space to tenants including the building’s developer. The 35-story glass tower features 10 high-speed elevators and over 500,000 square feet of leasable office space and 9,300 square feet of ground-level retail space. The 11th, 14th and 35th floors include open-air, lushly landscaped sundeck gardens. An integrated 11-story parking garage provides ample parking for the building tenants and is also walking distance to Miami’s Metrorail and Metromover stations. Designed by NBWW, architectural and functional features include sloping facades and a high-impact glass curtainwall encasing the entire building.

“My experience with Coastal in the construction of such a detailed and complicated buildings [is] very positive, with team work being the guiding factor of all meetings. The beautiful results speak for themselves.”
