The first phase of the 2-acre development is anticipated to break ground in summer 2024, beginning with DoMo at Cass Square, which was designed by Baker Barrios Architects.

The 28-story, luxury, multifamily building will comprise of 360 apartments, more than 45,000 square feet of amenity space, a 586-space parking podium and 32,500 square feet of ground floor retail.

Upon completion, the residential tower will rise as the tallest in the area, offering unobstructed views, refined finishes and modern technology. It will have a wellness area, 10,000 square feet of co-working space, a pickleball court and a sky lounge on the 26th floor.

Dynamic Group and Marriott will develop a 178-key Element by Westin hotel.
