AED Units & Emergency Training
AED units are required on all of our jobsites as well as in our offices. Coastal’s field employees are trained in CPR, First Aid and AED procedures.
Introductory Safety Courses
Provided by Coastal’s in-house Training Institute, these courses are required for all Coastal personnel, both field and office.
Safety Orientations conducted in both English and Spanish resulting in numbered orientation stickers to identify trades on each project jobsite.
Project-Wide Stand-Downs
All on-site personnel, including trade contractors/subcontractors, are called together for safety “stand-downs” on critical topics including Heat Illness Awareness and Prevention, Fall Protection, Caught-In and Struck-By.

Our on-site safety teams are equipped with the latest intuitive safety applications to conduct safety audits, check heat index values and monitor weather.
