Joya – Creating a Community Atmosphere in Booming Dadeland:

Located next to Dadeland Mall in southwest Miami-Dade, Joya is a rental community which includes two buildings connected with a bridge that houses extensive amenities. There is a six-story parking garage wrapped with apartments and a pool deck on level 6 over the garage, surrounded by units on four sides which rise to 12 stories. With more than the typical rental amenities, Joya offers a multi-level wine bar and spirits lounge, demonstration kitchen and café, sports lounge and is a pet-friendly community, offering a Pet Spa featuring a pet wash and products to pamper the residents’ best friends. Designed by EDI Architects of Houston, Joya offers units ranging in size from 1 bedroom 1 bath, to 3 bedrooms 3.5 baths, and from 695 to 2,405 square feet, all steps away from one of South Florida’s premier shopping and entertainment destinations.

“Together Wood Partners and Coastal [created] a great place to live, and [delivered] to our clients a tremendous product that [rivals] anything else we have across the Country. This is a very high profile project for us. I know I speak for all of us at Wood Partners and our partners in saying thank you to Coastal for all the hard work!”
