One Step Closer: London Bay Tops Out The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Estero Bay South Tower

The newest construction milestone has been achieved for The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Estero Bay, celebrating the topping out of the property’s South Tower. The day was one of much gratitude for the dedicated team at Coastal Construction Group, whose commitment has kept this one-of-a-kind residential project on schedule while prioritizing safety, quality, and craftsmanship at every turn.

The South Tower has officially reached its full 22-story height, almost perfectly in step with its impressive 90% sold status. As the first tower of the development, it’s set to welcome the community’s first residents in 2026. Its sister, the North Tower, is on track to break ground this year, bringing the same iconic design, waterfront views, and elevated lifestyle that define The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Estero Bay.

“The South Tower’s topping out marks an exciting step forward in bringing The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Estero Bay to life,” said Mark Wilson, CEO of London Bay Development Group. “This milestone brings us closer to welcoming our first residents and delivering an unrivaled coastal living experience that sets a new standard for Southwest Florida. We’re proud to play a role in shaping Bonita Springs’ future as a luxury destination, creating a community that blends world-class resort-style living with the natural beauty of Estero Bay.”

London Bay Development Group and Coastal Construction welcomed development partners and esteemed guests on February 13th at the project’s construction site to officiate the milestone. Notable attendees included Coastal Construction Co-Presidents Tom and Sean Murphy, Lee County Commissioner Cecil Pendergrass, City Council Member Laura Carr, and Jim Weeks, whose family’s legacy spans generations at the historic Weeks Fish Camp, a cherished part of this waterfront’s history.

“The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Estero Bay marks a defining moment for Bonita Springs, placing our city among the world’s most desirable waterfront communities,” said City Councilor Laura Carr. “Welcoming an iconic name like The Ritz-Carlton brings global recognition and prestige, further elevating our reputation within the luxury real estate market. I commend London Bay for their vision and look forward to the lasting impact this project will have in the area.”

“This project represents a major investment in Lee County, reinforcing the strength and desirability of the region,” Commissioner Pendergrass added. “The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Estero Bay are a testament to the market’s continued growth and economic vitality, significantly contributing to the local economy by attracting new residents who support businesses, restaurants, and cultural institutions. We appreciate London Bay’s investment in our community.”

Located within Bonita Spring’s serene waterfront community of Saltleaf on Estero Bay, The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Estero Bay has achieved over $600 million in sales to date, underscoring its exceptional allure as an enclave unlike any other in the region. Situated within 500 acres of nature preserve, an architectural masterpiece of two towers will deliver two striking towers with 224 luxury residences, five acres of thoughtfully designed indoor and outdoor amenities, exclusive water access via Saltleaf Marina, championship-caliber golf, chef-driven dining, and more.
