More than 275 people attended the South Florida Business Journal’s 2024 Structure
Awards on Thursday.
Held at Gulfstream Park’s Sport of Kings Theater in Hallandale Beach, the awards honored about 45 projects, plus the people and companies behind the major deals and developments that spotlight the breadth of the tri-county region’s real estate sector.
Categories included Best Affordable Housing, Best Architecture and Design, Best Custom Single-Family Home, Best Hospitality, Best Industrial, Best Mixed-Use, Best Office/R&D, Best Community Impact Project, Dealmaker of the Year, Developer of the Year and the Terry Stiles Real Estate Deal of the Year.
Now in its ninth year, the awards program was created to spotlight the region’s winning real estate projects and the business executives leading those deals to highlight the industry’s contributions to South Florida’s burgeoning economy.
Structures was presented by Comcast Business, with corporate sponsors Berkowitz Pollack Brant Advisors + CPAs, FPL Energy Services and South State Bank; Out of the Box sponsor Amazon; travel sponsor Delta Air Lines; and community partner the Orange Bowl.
