Aston Martin Residences Named ENR Southeast’s Best Residential/Hospitality Project

Coastal Construction Group, one of the largest general contractors in the Southeast, is delighted to announce that Aston Martin Residences, a project they are building in downtown Miami for G&G Business, has been honored with the prestigious ENR Southeast’s Regional Best Projects Award in the Residential and Hospitality category.

ENR Southeast is among the most prominent publications in the construction and engineering industry. It is renowned for its comprehensive coverage and insights into the industry, making it a top source of information for professionals and organizations across the sector.

The ENR Southeast’s Regional Best Projects Award program celebrates outstanding construction projects across various categories, celebrating innovation, quality, and excellence in the industry. Out of 83 exceptional submissions, with 31 winners across 16 categories, Aston Martin Residences stood out as a shining example of quality work, earning it the top choice in its category as selected by three panels of expert judges.

Aston Martin Residences, located at 300 Biscayne Blvd Way, has set the standard for luxury living in Miami. Rising 66 stories, the 817-foot tall sail-shaped tower offers uninterrupted views of Biscayne Bay, the Miami River, and the iconic Miami skyline with floor-to-ceiling glass windows. The development contains 391 luxury condominiums, each designed to reflect the sophistication and elegance associated with the Aston Martin brand.

The project is currently under construction and is expected to be completed by the end of 2023.
