A Chic SoBe Resort:
An upscale historic South Beach renovation of the existing Ritz Plaza Hotel, the project included the addition of a 2-story Annex Building, ten upscale units, a beach club and interior and exterior bars, lounges and restaurants. The 17-story, 125,000 square-foot Art Deco hotel has 142 keys and was designed by internationally acclaimed Arquitectonica. The interiors were created by celebrity designers Phillip Stack and Lenny Kravitz.
