Disciplined. Meticulous. Transparent. Coastal works as either Construction Manager, General Contractor or as a Design-Builder. As the Pre-Construction phase concludes, we continue to ramp up our resources to ensure the project finishes on time and on budget with a seamless transition. Choosing the right subcontractors and suppliers is critical, as is laying out the job site for maximum efficiency and safety.

Throughout the Construction Management phase, we are obsessive in the attention to quality, schedule and cost as detailed in our Monthly Project Status Reports. We tailor our strengths to the Client's needs, and identify and attack problems before they become crises. And if some aspect of the project runs counter to the Coastal culture of integrity and openness, it gets fixed immediately.
